Daddy (Gene) and Steve cut holes in the floor to jack up the house and fix the seal.

Pat and Angie ripped out the counters and sinks.
The floor underneath the sink.
Apparently, they let the sink leak without fixing it. There was a bucket leaning against the pipes.
